I see no difference between the lipstick colours by Mac St.Germain and Collection 2000's Lasting Colour lipsticks in Bubblegum (no.6). Theres a slight difference in the hue (st.germain is frostier and has a lilac undertone)and the finish are a tad bit different.
Some may not like bright barbie pink lipstick colours but I'm the ones who do. This has been made in comparison to Nicki Minaj's Limited Edition Pink Friday. Since I do not own Pink Friday I found that it is quite similar to St.Germain (Although arguably St.germain looks close to Pink Friday). They all are cool almost frosty pink, kind of in-your-face colours so keep in mind the moderation of applying the colour.
St.Germain retails in for £13 and has a matte finish. Whilst the Collection 2000 is £3 (bargain!), some might be skeptical about the bubblegum lipstick but I assure you I equally like it as the Mac one. I do prefer the application of the collection 2000 since its creamier and moisturising then st.germain.
Since Bubblegum is a lasting colour lipstick, it does last on for a while without looking dry and plus has SPF 15. I have to apply a gloss over the St.germain since it lasts on longer for me and doesn't dry my lips out. I think both look beautiful with a nice tan.
What a great dupe! I wish the collection 2000 brand was available in the U.S. I always hear great things about it. Great blog! ~Emily

I love collection 2000 bubblegum! I agree about the dupe, i have never thought about that before! I've always been hesitant to buy MAC's saint germain, i felt it had a slight purple/lilac undertone to it.Whereas i feel collection 2000 bubblegum doesn't, i find that the only difference. Good post! http://openboxjewels.blogspot.com/ x
